what should my camper pack?
Click here to see the Summer Camp Packing List.
when is drop-off & pick-up?
DROP-OFF: Your camper can check in at 12:00pm on Saturday June 7th. Please DO NOT bring your camper sooner than this time. Once campers arrive at 12pm, and go through the registration process, they will be able to move into their cabins to get settled.
PICK-UP: Camp ends on Saturday June 14th! Campers need to be picked up by 11:30am (plan accordingly as check-out process takes time). Before picking up your child, you must go through the check-out process at the front desk after which you will be given further directions. Follow the signs! Campers will have breakfast, prior to their departure.
WHAT HAPPENS TO THE LOST & FOUND?
We keep items for two weeks, and then they are donated to a local thrift store. Let us know ASAP if you realize you have left something at camp! Once we locate it, we will be happy to hold your item while you make arrangements to pick it up. Unfortunately, we will not be able to mail items to you.
WHAT KIND OF MEDICATIONS NEED TO BE TURNED IN?
During the camp, "All" over-the-counter or prescription medications and vitamins must be turned in to the First Aid Provider upon arrival. All medications must be in the **original** container.
Make sure the medication is placed in a separate bag/container and is clearly indicated with child's name and instructions for use.
